Nine sessions, all relocalized against one shared ARKit world map, fused into a single gaussian splat: each keyframe's LiDAR depth back-projected through its pose (COLMAP bundle-adjusted to tighten cross-session drift), colored by its photo, and photometrically normalized. Click a camera to fly into its pose and cross-fade the real photo over the splat.
